    Payment & reservations
    • Settlement preferably in cash
    • Please note that a reservation only becomes effective once we have confirmed the deposit and cancellation conditions.
    • For a fixed confirmation, please make a deposit of 30 % of the booking amount. The bank data you will receive with your booking confirmation.
    • The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry are valid.

    If, unfortunately, something should come up and you have to take your well-deserved vacation earlier cancel or even cancel - we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
